Minister of Tourism Harin Fernando has disclosed that Air China, a renowned Chinese carrier, is set to launch flights to Sri Lanka starting from July 2023. Minister Fernando announced that the airline will initially operate three flights per week to the country. Highlighting the significance of this development, Minister Fernando also revealed that the flight frequency is expected to be augmented in the subsequent months following the commencement of operations.
