Source

The 51st session of the United Nations Human Rights Commission will begin today (12th) in Geneva. It is stated that several allegations, including financial crimes by the Sri Lankan government, will be discussed at the session.
The session will go on until October 7th. It has been brought to the world’s attention that the collapse of Sri Lanka’s economy and socio-politics is a result of financial crimes. Financial crimes committed by the governments of various countries have been specifically named as a violation of human rights.
Apart from that, state terrorism, which is used against peaceful public protests, will also be discussed, and the representatives of this country will have to answer those charges in this session.
