The Russian Ambassador to Sri Lanka - Yuri Materiy hascalled on President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today (27).

The meeting had been held at the Presidential House in Fort, Colombo.

According to the President’s Media Division the President and the Ambassador had discussed matters relating to Fuel, Gas, Coal, Aviation, Education, Trade, Tea, and Fertilizer.

This year marks 65 years of diplomatic relations between Russia and Sri Lanka.
