Anura meets India’s FM

A meeting between Indian Foreign Minister Dr. Subramaniam Jayashankar and Comrade Anura Kumara Dissanayake, leader of the National People’s Liberation Power, took place at the Indian Foreign Ministry this morning (05).

The economic and political situation of Sri Lanka and its political future were discussed at length.

The focus was also on strengthening the cooperation between the two sides.

Dr. Nihal Abeysinghe, General Secretary of National People’s Power and its National Executive Members, Prof. Anil Jayanta and Vijitha Herath, were also members of this delegation to visit India.
