Avantgarde racket – a reason for country’s bankruptcy

It has been revealed that Nissanka Senadhipath’s Avantgarde Company has been given the opportunity to loot an amount close to the loan amount obtained from 2015 to 2019 through international sovereign bonds.
The news has revealed that the revenue lost to the country due to giving to Gotabhaya Rajapaksa’s close associate Nissanka Senadipathi is equal to the amount of loan obtained through international sovereign bonds during the period 2015-2019. Earlier, this task had been assigned to the SL Navy, which earned the country thousands of millions of dollars by providing security to commercial ships travelling in international waters.
During 2015-2019, the 12,050 million dollar interest debt obtained from sovereign bonds was the main reason for the country’s bankruptcy.
Meanwhile, a presidential commission report revealed that Nissanka Senadhipati was allowed to earn nearly 11,500 million dollars, which the Sri Lanka Navy had been earning for the country.
