Christmas tree made of vegetable plants

An unusual Christmas tree made of using live vegetable plants grown and sent by people from all across Sri Lanka will go down in history as the country's first ever crowd-sourced vegetable plant Christmas Tree. A project organised by Softlogic Life, the 30ft tall tree made of 2,000 vegetables plants is presently erected at Presidential Secretariat roundabout in Galle Face Green, will be displayed to the public from December 23rd to January 2nd.
