The D.A. Rajapaksa Commemorative Oration for 2023 took place at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute in Colombo. Professor Dananjaya Gamlath from Kelaniya University delivered the oration. Attendees included former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, former Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa, other members of the Rajapaksa family, Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardene, and Ministers Dr. Bandula Gunawardhana and Mahinda Amaraweera.
