Desperate Raul Vinci turns into ‘Mr. Secret’

The next target was Sri Lanka.
The American deep state, which claims to defend human rights, the rule of law, and democracy globally, has been gradually advancing its agenda of destabilizing targeted nations in Asia and Africa. The ultimate goal is to install puppet regimes, turning these countries into vassal states of the United States.
Since Joe Biden’s election in 2020, the American deep state has been conspiring to destabilize India and overthrow the democratically elected government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Washington believes that with Modi in power, America cannot expand its hegemony in India.
During the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in India, Donald Lu and his team visited India, suspiciously landing in Chennai instead of New Delhi. Tamil Nadu, where Chennai is located, is known as a stronghold for Dravidian politics and a bastion where the BJP is visibly weak. For years, leaders of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party have been raising the controversial demand for a separate nation called ‘Dravida Nadu’. During his visit to Tamil Nadu, Donald Lu made a press statement, saying he visited Chennai to “strengthen bilateral relations with South India”, implying an intention to fuel the separatist agenda of the DMK party leaders.
One of the key reasons behind the Biden administration’s plot to destabilize India is that since 2014, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, India’s economy has been growing stronger year by year. Additionally, the country is emerging as an influential player in global geopolitics. India’s ongoing progress suggests that within the next decade, it could become a major global power, limiting Western intervention in countries of the Global South.
According to Nupur J. Sharma, Editor-in-Chief of OpIndia, in 2023, Raul Vinci held a secret meeting at the White House, where he met with Donald Lu and other officials of the Biden administration.
Nupur Sharma further stated that during his US trip, Raul Vinci made several contentious remarks, including seeking “foreign intervention” to restore democracy in India. Vinci added that “restoring democracy in India” would be beneficial for the global community.
Last year, the Indian National Congress (INC) flaunted Western and international media coverage of Raul Vinci’s conviction in a 2019 criminal defamation case over his derogatory comments against people with the ‘Modi’ surname. His automatic disqualification as a Member of Parliament followed under section 8(3) of the Representation of Peoples Act, 1951 of India.
In March 2023, during a speech at the University of Cambridge, Raul Vinci attempted to present himself as the ‘ideal leader’ of India and implored Western powers to intervene in Indian politics to facilitate a regime change operation against Narendra Modi.
A credible source told Blitz that in addition to meeting Donald Lu and other high-ranking officials of the State Department and US intelligence, Raul Vinci also held a meeting with George Soros and his son. During this meeting, Vinci sought “active cooperation” in toppling the Narendra Modi government by staging a “Color Revolution”. He also claimed that India was at risk of becoming a radical Hindu country, where religious minorities, including Muslims, Sikhs, and Christians, would face “well-orchestrated persecution”.
It further claimed, with the help of American deep-state and finance from George Soros and others, Raul Vinci is working on regime change in India by December 2025. As part of this plot, he is gradually intensifying “caste-census” project, which will ultimately result in creating divisions within over 800 million Hindus in India. Furthermore, immediately after his ongoing US visit, Vinci is planning series of meetings with several groups in Jammu & Kashmir, West Bengal, Kerala, Punjab and few more states in India with agenda of launching anti-government protests under various demands.
It is worth mentioning that although Raul Vinci claims to have obtained an M.Phil. degree from the University of Cambridge, the shadowy world of academic fraud has recently cast a dark cloud over this prestigious institution. As allegations of educational deception swirl around prominent figures like Raul Vinci, questions about the integrity of his degree from this revered university are being raised.
