Discussion on the third review of debt restructuring with IMF was successful – PMD

The discussion related to the third review of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) program was successfully concluded yesterday (22) states President’s Media Unit (PMD).  
A delegation representing the IMF, led by Senior Mission Chief Peter Breuer, attended the meeting at the Presidential Secretariat. Deputy Minister of Economic Development Professor Anil Jayantha Fernando headed the delegation representing the Sri Lankan government.
Accordingly, the discussion between the IMF and the Government of Sri Lanka regarding the third review has been successfully concluded.
