Mavil-aru scammer joins Ranil

Pohottu Party’s Anuradhapura District Member of Parliament SM Chandrasasena says he will support the current President, Ranil Wickramasinghe, in the upcoming presidential election.
He states that he got the approval of the Anuradhapura District Committee of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna.
Pohottu party member SM Chandrasena is also the main accused in the case of defrauding Mavil-aru farmers. He has also been charged with using dozers to destroy certain areas in forest reserves, claiming to be for aloe vera cultivation.
