Tamil people rallying for a ‘Malimawa’ government

Source

The Tamil people, including the people in the plantation sector, are lining up to make a unique contribution to the victory of the National People’s Power in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
Kitnan Selvaraj, president of the All Ceylon Plantation Workers’ Union, representing the party from Badulla district, emphasized this while joining the Sirasa Pathi Kada (profile) program this morning (30).
He further stated that this election would end the generational politics that had conquered the plantation community throughout its 200-year history.
He pointed out that the people strongly oppose the Thondaman generation and everyone related to it, who have been conducting politics by deceiving the people in the plantations.
