SLPP cancels its inaugural rally for the LG elections

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna’s inaugural rally scheduled for the local government elections has been canceled. The rally was scheduled to be held today (24) in Anuradhapura. However, Member of Parliament SM Chandrasena said that considering the ongoing court case regarding the election, his party decided to cancel the rally.
