ஆக்கிரமிக்கப்பட்ட தமிழர் தாயகத்தில் தன்னெழுச்சியுடன் நடந்து வரும் தமிழ் மக்களின் அறவழிப் போராட்டத்திற்கு தார்மீக ஆதரவை புலம்பெயர்ந்த தமிழ் மக்கள் நாம் வழங்க வேண்டியது கட்டாய கடமை. அதேவேளை  தமிழர் தாயகத்தை ஆக்கிரமித்து வைத்துக்கொண்டு தமிழ் மக்களின்  அறவழிப்போராட்டத்திற்கு எதிராக அரச இயந்திரத்தின்   துணைகொண்டு அடக்கும் ஸ்ரீலங்கா இனவாத அரசின்  நடவடிக்கைகளை வன்மையாகக் கண்டிக்கின்றோம் என்பதனையும் இத்தால்  முழு உலகுக்கும் அறியத் தருவோம். புலம் பெயந்து வாழும் தமிழீழக் குடிமக்கள் அனைவரும் ஒன்று திரண்டு ஒற்றுமையாக ஆதரவற்ற எம் மக்களுக்கு ஆதரவாகக் குரல் கொடுப்போம். ஓன்றாகு தமிழா! வென்றாடு! It is an imperative duty for us Tamil people in the diaspora to provide moral support to the moral struggle of the Tamil people which is going on with self-restraint in the occupied Tamil homeland. At the same time, we will let the International communities'  know that we strongly condemn the actions of the Sri Lankan Racist Federal Government which is suppressing the moral struggle of the Tamil people by occupying the Tamil homeland with the help of the state machinery. All the citizens of Tamil Eelam who are living in the out of country (Diaspora) will gather together and raise their voices in support of our helpless people.
