Suspect Arrested in Kiribathgoda with Ice and Heroin Haul

A 31-year-old suspect has been arrested by the police in the Dikpitigoda area of Kiribathgoda, following the seizure of a significant stockpile of illicit drugs.

During the operation, authorities recovered 6 kg and 96 g of ‘Ice’ (Methamphetamine), 2 kg and 70 g of Heroin, and 5,000 narcotic pills from the suspect’s possession.

The Sri Lanka Police stated that further investigations into the suspect and the drug distribution network are currently underway.
